Our Month-of Coordination Package is designed for clients who have secured their venue and vendors but need an experienced event coordinator to oversee the final details and execute their vision on the day of the event. Beginning approximately 30 days before your event, Masterplan Occasions takes over logistics, confirms vendor details, creates a comprehensive event timeline, and manages the day so you can relax and enjoy your celebration.

- Planning takeover beginning approximately 30 days before the event
- Review of all vendor contracts and event details
- Vendor communication and confirmation
- Customized event timeline
- Ceremony and/or reception timeline (if applicable)
- Floor plan and layout review
- Final planning meeting
- Final venue walkthrough (if applicable)
- Coordination of vendor arrival and setup schedule
- Distribution of the final timeline to all vendors
- Coordination of rehearsal (if applicable)
- Up to 10 hours of event day coordination
