Our Signature Package is designed for clients who want a beautifully styled event without the stress of managing every detail. We take care of the planning, coordination, and décor setup so you can relax and enjoy your celebration.


Package Includes

  • Initial planning consultation (up to 60 minutes)
  • Event design and theme consultation
  • Vendor assistance (recommendations)
  • Customized event timeline
  • Floor plan and layout assistance
  • Final planning meeting approximately two weeks before your event
  • Unlimited email communication throughout the planning process
  • Event setup and styling ( per venue policy)
  • Breakdown of Masterplan Occasions décor items
  • Décor for up to 7 guest tables, including:
  • Table linen
  • Charger plates
  • Table runners
  • Standard centerpiece
  • Welcome sign and easel setup (client must provide the welcome sign)
  • Professional on-site styling to ensure every detail is beautifully presented


Package Details

  • Designed for events with up to 50 guests
  • Additional guest tables, setup time, décor, and services are available for an additional fee.
  • Custom décor, balloon installations, specialty linens, charger plates, fresh florals, and premium décor upgrades are not included but may be added to customize your event.
