Venue Review:

• First walkthrough will provide us with a framework for our design process.
• Final walkthrough will serve as the final review, covering the event floor plan setup, event schedule, and all final details.

Schedule/Budget Management:
• Receive monthly planning sessions to discuss the event planning progress.
• Management of budget, including a budget spreadsheet and vendor payment tracking
• Help with managing and hiring all vendors for the event. This includes reviewing contracts to make sure all event details and services are accurate.
• You will receive a comprehensive timeline and event schedule that will be shared with you and all vendors involved before the day of your event.
• Two weeks prior to the event, we will contact all third-party vendors to confirm event details and collect the remaining balance amounts.
• Day of the event, we will coordinate the setup/breakdown of all decorations, event vendors and event schedules.
